You are made in Gods image

Before you can truly understand who you are, you need to know who God is, Because the Bible tells us that we are made into His image. 

Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”

Genesis 1:26

In the verse above we read two important truths about Gods design, about our Heavenly Design. 

  1. We are made into the image of God, to be like Him
  2. We are made to rule in/over this world.

I AM...

God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”

Exodus 3:14

When Moses what send to the Israelites, God said: I AM WHO I AM. 

That was all they needed to know, in that sentence, God said: I AM all you need me to be. You can't describe me in one word. I am everything and everywhere.  

I AM your provider, healer, comforter, GOD. I AM WHO I AM. 

Jesus too, knew the importance of the words I AM. 

By these statements He said: I AM WHO I AM. By these statements, He revealed to be the promised Messiah. 

Who are you?

Do you know who you are?

Jesus was very careful with His words, He knew the power it had. when He said: I AM.... life would follow those words. 

What words are following your I AM's???

What are you saying?

I am sick? or I am healed?

I am poor? or I am rich?

I am dumb? or I am smart?

I am failing? or I am succeeding in life?

I am unlovable? or I am LOVED?

Be careful of the words you speak, for your life and identity are attached to it.

The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
